My name is Lisa Brush, and I am the founder of Faith Moves Ministry and "The FaithMat"
I am a native Houstonian, and I love my city and the people all around our communities.
As a fitness instructor I have had the privelege of teaching for eight years and growing in the fitness and wellness industry through Christian Wellness programs. I first began my fitness journey as a yoga instructor, and then completed extensive training through Revelation Wellness in Phoenix, AZ as a "Fitness Teacher Gospel Preacher" Group Fitness Instructor. I truly ENJOY teaching women groups especially, but have also included participation in a kid fitness program as a part of my teaching for communities that are interested in teaching children how to stay healthy physically and spiritually.
It is a GREAT privilege and honor to be able to use my training and live out my passion to help other's live healthy and meaningful lives.

- Women's Wellness Classes - We offer a variety! Beginner's yoga, and stretch yoga. Additional variations: Cardio, Drumsticks, Endurance training, Dumbells workout, Core Workout with stability balls, and Beginner's Pilates.
- Family Wellness Classes - We teach families core values while having FUN together in becoming healthy, loving God, and loving other's is what you will experience. Cardio Drumsticks, Strengthening Dumbells, Core Stability balls and Pilates with uplifting music! The family fun begins in prayer and leaves us truly spirit filled!
- Children's Wellness Classes - Recess & Results, and Rejoice at Recess programs provide age appropriate, entertaining exercises uniquely designed to incorporate strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training and a combination of moderate – vigorous activity in each class. Kid-Tested, Parent Approved!
- Bible Study Class - Optional** Members get to spend time in reading the bible and praying together. Small-group discussions of scripture and of daily life actions are also a part of this course study.
